On 22nd June 2023, MTSH hold its Special General Meeting and 10th Annual General Meeting at Shwe Zabu River View Condominium where the company is located.
Board of directors, distinguished guests and personnel from Win Thin & Associates which is the appointed external audit of MTSH attended the meeting along with shareholders of 50.29% shareholding who registered for meeting attendance previously from 24th May 2023 to 9th June 2023 joined the event via zoom webinar.
The event was conducted into two parts with the first half as Special General Meeting and the latter half as 10th Annual General Meeting. Chairman U Win Aung gave the opening speeches for the event.
During Special General Meeting, the Amendment of Company’s Constitution was approved by 99.91% of voters indicating their approval.
As the second part of the event was continued as 10th AGM, U Myint Zaw, Managing Director of MTSH delivered the director’s report to shareholders while Daw Yu War Htun, Chief Financial Officer of MTSH briefed the consolidated financial report for FY 2022-23. After that, it was announced shareholders voted approve for 5 reserved matters (i.e, disclosed in the AGM resolution afterwards).
The ceremony was successfully concluded with the closing speech from Chairman.
