From 31st January 2020 to 2nd February 2020, MTSH organized the Staff Retreat Program 2020, which was held in Myeik, Tanintharyi Division and participated by employees from both MTSH and TPD.
The program was consisted of three components, Training, Donation and Sightseeing.
The first day of Staff Retreat Program 2020 was kicked off by speeches from Chairman U Win Aung and CEO U Kyaw Zaw Wai right before the Capacity Building Training was started.
Daw Yadanar Zaw from Edify Myanmar Consultancy delivered lectures on Personal Values, Self-esteem and Organizational Cultures for individual development of participants and organizational development.
Directors U Myint Zaw and U Thurane Aung concluded the training as they explained about the reviewed and updated Vision, Mission and Corporate Values of the company.
MTSH's Staff Retreat Program continued to its second day by visiting to Myeik Islands where employees enjoyed beautiful scenery and were able to get to Salon ethnical village to donate necessities as a CSR activity.
Employees also visited to Prachaup city located in Thai-Myanmar border on the third day of the program.
