The objective of holding Annual General Meeting is to let our shareholders keep the track with the company's activities and operations, and it is important for us to do so since we priortize transparency and respect the trust of our shareholders.
On 23rd March 2022, 9th Annual General Meeting of Myanmar Thilawa SEZ Holdings Public Co., Ltd (MTSH) was held online-based event. Due to the Covid-19 Global Pandemic, AGM event was held virtually via ZOOM Webinar platform instead of regular physical annual meeting which almost 3,000 attendees were recorded every year.
The event was held successfully with the shareholders of 50% shareholding registered for their voting rights.
